Time Leave Type Filters

This window defines which Time Leave Type codes are to be displayed in Self Service, in the Enter the type of leave you are requesting field in the Leave Application Detail window in Self Service.

Rules and Guidelines

  • Time Leave Type Filters are used when defining Payroll Templates .
  • If no Filter is defined and applied in a template, all Time Codes which are mapped to Leave classified Hours Codes are automatically displayed with default descriptions.

Field Information

Enter a code of up to 10 characters which the represents the Time Leave Type Filter.

This field displays the Time Code.

This field displays the Time Code description from the Time Code Maintenance window.

A different description can be entered to make the leave selection display more user friendly. The description entered here is displayed in the Self Service Leave Application Detail window in the Enter the type of leave you are requesting field.

Specify if the Time Leave Type code will be available for employees in Self Service or not.
